Title: Moses and healing

Moses is in territory, negating it up, i RA with a hero who is discarded, can i play a healing enhancement on the hero being discarded or would moses negate it?

If you play the Enhancement on the Hero being discarded, Moses wouldn't negate it. If you need to play it on someone in territory (to match brigade, maybe), it would be negated.

What if the heroes in the territory are also being discarded in that situation? Would a healing enhancement like Brass Serpent Promo then be prevented when played on them?

The healing Enhancement would be prevented if played on a character in territory, even if that character is being discarded.
