Title: Mist: Is this just common sense?

I can't find anything about Mist, and I was wondering if I would discard a card at random from my hand if I play Mist, in addition to my opponents' hands...

i dont believe it was intended that way, but yes, i think it would based on its wording.

Yeah you have to discard.
