Title: Mildewed House with banded heroes

Do I (as the defender) get to choose one hero, or are ALL heroes in battle set aside for two turns?  Or is it only those who could even access that lost soul?

For example, tonight my opponent had a big COTH banding chain going, and not teal, but they did have Dragon Raid.  It was the NT only lost soul, so technically only Claudia and Simeon had access.  We didn't know how to handle it, so we set both Simeon and Claudia, the two who had access, aside.  But should it have been all heroes, or maybe one of my choice?

Mildewed House
Type: Site • Brigade: Teal • Ability: None • Class: None • Special Ability: If a Hero other than a Priest rescues a Lost Soul from this Site, set that Hero aside for two turns. • Identifiers: None • Verse: Leviticus 14:36 • Availability: Priests booster packs (Common)

Every Hero that has access to both the Site and the Lost Soul will be set aside.

what about satans seat? and if the site is discarded what happens to satans seat?

Satan's Seat
Type: Fortress • Brigade: Multicolor • Ability: None • Class: None • Special Ability: Place on your single-color Site to negate all protect abilities on opponent’s Heroes. If a Hero rescues a Lost Soul from that Site, discard that Hero. Play As: Place on your single-color Site to negate all protect abilities on opponent’s Heroes. Discard all Heroes that rescue a Lost Soul from that Site. • Identifiers: None • Verse: Revelation 2:13 • Availability: Faith of Fathers (Set 2)

Same thing. All heroes having access to that Lost Soul and that Site are discarded. If the Site is discarded, then SS is discarded as well.
