Title: Mayhem vs No draw lost soul

Does the lost soul that prevents draw abilities effect Mayhem?

As I understand it, the soul says "prevent" and Mayhem is a Dominant which CBN because it is a dominant. Therefore the soul has no effect on Mayhem.

Is this correct?

Yes, that is correct. Mayhem still makes players draw.
