Title: Magic Charms

If I have Magic Charms activated on a magician, is it possible to

1) Send it back to the artifact pile?
2) Transfer it to another magician?

Also, if I choose to deactivate it, does it stay on the magician (assuming #1 is not possible)?

I believe you could deactivate it and send it back to the artifact pile just like you could do with an artifact in a temple.

Hey,

Deactivating an artifact that was activated somewhere other than the artifact pile, sends the artifact back to the artifact pile.  Magic Charms must be activated every preparation phase to remain active when it is reactivated during the prep phase you could move it to a different magician.
