What are all the ways of doing this?( I include thing like Hopper, Ammy slave, Servant  Girl, Hosea.)

Gibeonite Delegates, Harvest Time, Assyrian Survivor, Hur, Mayhem and, Woman @ the Well all come to mind.

Don't forget the original Soul Gen Hero: Seeker of the Lost.

There's also Malchus, War Officer, Recruiting Officer, for some more obscure ones, and The Gen Widow and Martha can be thrown into the mix as well.

At the end of the day, Luke is probably the best offense at fishing souls out of an opponent's deck, however, they don't actually generate many souls, which is generally the job of evil self-capture, with cards like Amaziah thrown in for good measure.

Maybe that isn't so good because it needs to be a RA for OoN to work and he may just capture your Jacob, but...

I purposefully didn't list that card because I hate it. If I had the power to ban cards, it would never again see the light of day.
