Ok, one more question.
For cards such as:
The Ark of the Covenant
Type: Artifact • Brigade: None • Ability: None • Class: None • Play As: Regardless of battle outcome, discard one Evil Character in play at the end of battle that your opponent used to block your rescue attempt. May be used once per battle and twice per game. • Identifiers: OT, Tabernacle Item, Temple Item • Verse: Numbers 10:35
When it says "twice per game," is that "twice per game per copy" or "twice per game, period"?

I believe the rule is cards that say may be used twice per game count their uses for all copies of that card, whereas cards that just say may be used twice are limited per copy.

Agree. If the card says "may be used X per game", that applies to all copies. Captured Ark is an example of that type.
Other cards say that they "may be used X times" or "may be used X times and then must be discarded". For these cards, if they have their count reset (discard, return to hand/deck), or another copy is used, then you can again use them X times. Example: Promised Land has a 2 use, then discard clause. If it is brought back after being discarded, you can use it twice again.

Captured Ark is NOT of that type. Captured Ark can be used twice per copy of the card and those uses can be reset.
The counter for an ability that is limited "per game" puts the "counter" on the game itself, thus multiple copies of the card, or the card being reset to face value do not affect the limit.

I meant Ark of the Covenant, which was the example. Obviously my brain went to something I would actually use, my mistake ;)
