Title: Lampstand+evil doms, A DIFFERENT senario!

I have Lampstand DOWN in my pile. May I dom, then flip it up?

If yes,

I have COF up, I play down tabernacle, can I dom then activate LOTS?

If no,

Can I dom play tabernacle then activate LOTS?
