Post by: Bobbert on June 23, 2017, 04:45:18 PM
Would it be legal to play SoG, banish your own discard pile with Ashtaroth Worship, then Covenant of Prayer it back and play SoG again?

Covenant of Prayer can only be used to recover cards banished by your opponent

Yep. Ashtaroth W. and cards like them are a very risky play nowadays.

this includes vengeance of eternal fire where a player who i will not mention lest he choose to step forward played it against me after i played falling away (wo) on his first soul rescued then played mayhem on my following turn which i drew into covenant of prayer used it to retrieve falling away again and proceed to finish 5-0 lololol
