Title: judges seat, all the time?
Post by: cookie monster on October 01, 2011, 02:23:08 PM: Does judges Seat work after everybody upkeep phase, or just after my upkeep phase?

An Elder does not need to post in every thread. Generally speaking, if an Elder is online and does not post in a Ruling Thread, then the answer was already given correctly. If you will only accept an Elder's ruling, then PM them directly.

Polarius already answered the question for both Set Fire and Judge's Seat. Any special ability that references Upkeep, or a number of turns, is only ever counted on the Upkeep Phase of the player that has the card on their side of the table.
