Title: Judgement Seat+ Warrior Class

I know that it was ruled that widow could be blocked by any evil character with a weapon as long as the character's toughness(not including the weapon) are lower that eight.  Does the same toughness rule apply to Judgement Seat? Do the numbers on the weapon boost the characters toughness up above the level needed in order to get rid of the evil character?

The weapon does not make the character cross the toughness threshold.
