Title: Judah and Blue Tassels

Can Judah exchange with a captured hero while Blue Tassels is active, or is it considered a self-capture ability?

Blue Tassels
No character may be taken prisoner. Prevents Unholy Writ.

Judah
You may exchange Judah with a captures Hero, or with Joseph or Benjamin from your discard pile.

Judah can still exchange. Blue Tassels keeps capture abilities from happening and Judah's ability is not a capture ability.
