Kinsmen's Agreement

Needing clarification on how KA is to be played.

Kinsmen's Agreement (DAE, white/brown): Place in your territory: You may discard this card to negate and discard the last enhancement of opposite alignment played or an Enhancement of opposite alignment in play."

If I have a white hero in territory, I can play KA against a blocker using the white side of the alignment. Vice versa if I have a brown EC. If I have a white or brown in territory I can use it either way. What if I HAD a white hero but no longer do, but no brown EC (and never did), can I use it to target the SA on a GE or EE, or do I have to still use it only as a GE? What if I don't have a white or brown character (maybe I just had one of each and they are both discarded/removed from game), could I use it as a GE or EE at that point?

This might not be correct, but I believe it can only be used as the alignment it was played as. For example, if you play it into your territory from a white hero, you can only use it against evil enhancements, and vice versa. Because it's placed in territory, it only matters what characters you had when you played it, not when you use it.
ANB is good. Change my mind.

I'm pretty sure that's how it works as well.

K thanks. If any elders want to chime in if this is not accurate please let us know.

So depending one one's strategy, it would probably be best to have a white and brown character in territory when played so it could be used one way or the other.

You have to chose who you play it in when you put it down, so having both down doesn't let it target any/every enhancement.  You still have to pick if it is white or brown when you play it.

Ah. Makes sense. Thanks. I like Gameliel's Speech better. More versatility.

And it's CBN if played on Peter! Kinsman's Agreement is more easily tutored/recurred, hence the power trade-off.
I am not talking about T2 unless I am explicitly talking about T2. Also Mayhem is fine now somehow!
