1. Does Four Horns "Negate" good banding or does it only "prevent"?
2. Can I have x3 copies of sling (WA version) and x1 sling (Kings) in the same deck?
3. If I "defeat" Roman Jailer outside of battle would he still get converted? (Say if I played AOCP on Paul)
4. Do the #'s added by The Branch Stick?
-
1. The REG says (http://www.redemptionreg.com/REG/fourhorns.htm) it's actually a protect.
2. I always get that formula wrong, so read the next post.
3. I don't think so, since there's no "while in play", but I'm not positive.
4. The Branch is a one-time thing. Nice pun, though.

oh hahaha I made a pun lol

1. Here is the "Play As" for Four Horns: Protect good banding cards from being played for the rest of this turn. Discard all good banding cards in play.
Is that the oddest wording of a "play as" or what?
2. I have asked something like this before and was told that you could.
3. I agree with sk that he would not get converted. Character SAs are only active in battle unless they say otherwise.
4. I agree again with sk. SAs in battle end at the end of the battle phase unless they specify otherwise.

Yep, weirdest "play as" for sure. At a tournament that it was played (it was Booster Draft, don't get excited), Bryon ended up ruling it was a protect and not a prevent, without the REG, so it seems to be correct, but I still have yet to really understand the card's ability.

Hey,
Four Horns will be categorized as a restrict in the new REG. "Restrict all players from playing good banding cards this turn. Discard all good banding cards in play."
Sling (Warriors) and Sling (Kings) are the same card. You can have at most 3 of them in a deck. That could be 3x Warriors 0x Kings or 2x Warriors 1x Kings or 1x Warriors 2x Kings or 0x Warriors 3x Kings. Additionally since the kings version has a special ability you can only have 1 copy of it per 50 cards in a deck. So a 50-99 card deck could only have the first two options, a hundred card deck could then also have the third option and it would require 150 cards to have 0x Warriors 3x Kings in the deck.
