Does Isaiah negate Cesarea Philippi or does the protect override? Thanks! Would appreciate a fast response as I am in a game.  Thanks!

Cp can be negated.

To add on to that, you cannot be protected from being negated; protection stops a card from being targeted, and negate targets the ability itself.

If a card has a "cannot be negated/prevented/interrupted," then that modifies the ability so that it can get past those things that might otherwise stop or undo it; otherwise, protection itself does nothing to the ability.
