5/6 Orange/Crimson Evil Character
Male, Beast (Demon), Babylonian, Dan 7:4
Discard an Assyrian. Immune to Green Brigade. May band to a Babylonian

The ruling has been that anyone with "The" in front of their name is a specific character, so The Winged Lion is unique

I was guessing so, but I can't find a link to REG so I couldnt confirm if I was right or not.

If you want a little peak into the playtest side of things, The Winged Lion is in fact the exact reason why Coliseum Lions band to a generic lion instead of any lion.

I was guessing so. Since that would start a pretty big banding chain and just make Babylonians that much more annoyingly stronger
