Taking Egypt's Wealth

If you use Taking Egypt's Wealth to take Haman's Plot from your opponent, can you use Haman's Plot?  Do you still have to rip up the card?

Any card you take into your hand, you can use like your own.  Including ripping Haman's Plot if you use the ability.

Just remember that discards and return-to-decks go back to the owner, not to your own piles.

Yes it works, I don't recommend it as your opponent will not be happy with you at all.

To be perfectly honest, I think this rule should be changed, as ripping up what's essentially $5 is cruel, if not strategically amazing. I move that using someone else's Haman's Plot simply removes it from the game.

Someone who's using HP in their deck apparently plans on using it themselves at some point. Its inclusion in a deck puts it at risk. While I've never heard stories about someone actually pulling off using an opponent's HP, it was an avoidable situation.

a different card game doesn't allow one players card to be put into another players hand or deck to avoid potential damage to the card through careless handling or damaging shuffling methods

it also doesn't have cards being destroyed to use their abilities

i think these are good guidelines for cactus to look at when designing cards as they are worth real money and the events of a game should not diminish that

If you look at the cards made recently, they all follow those guidelines.

Taking Egypt's Wealth is less than 5 years old, that's very recent, and it happens to be the one that goes against those policies the most
the cards fun to play, but I sometimes don't like how my opponent treats my cards while in hand, not that I'll ever tell them, it just bugs me to see a mint card get bent up
