Title: In what order do characters band?

Simeon is banded to Levi. In which order would they be placed on the table, would Simeon be on the bottom or would Levi?

I usually put Simeon into battle first because his ability activates first (which is what allows you to band) and then I put Levi in on top since his ability activates after the band happens.

I don't know any situation where it would matter, though.

Generally I'd agree with Browarod.  The character with a banding ability needs to enter battle first in order for their ability to activate.  I'll force new players to put them in that order so they'll learn that mechanic.  However, I've seen other players (usually on RTS) place them in other configurations, usually side by side.
