Title: IN GAME. Does Tower of thebez and HG interact?

alright. when an ec is let out of tower am I allowed to HG it? I have precendent because you can HG an EC that was brought back by Philly outpost.

Yes, you can HG a character brought to territory from Tower before it can be added to battle (unless of course the owner of the Canaanite has Canaan up).
