FBTN hero ra. Does it negate CBP EE?

Short answer : NO

Long Answer : Negates~Interrupted+ Prevent(Almost Not Quite (dont ask me)), It Cannot Prevent. I Interrupted your thing. K the ability is done its no long interrupted. Nothing Happened

Warrior is correct.

FBTN is trying to prevent enhancements before they activate. Cannot be Prevented stops it from doing so.
