Joiada, song of Elizshib - If Zerubbabel's Temple is in play, you may search discard pile for an offering or feast Enhancement and add it to hand or battle.
Burning Incense - All Heroes ignore an evil brigade of holder's choice. Cann be negated if Altar of Incense is active.
Crippling Demon - Evil Enhancements that you place on Heroes cannot be negated. This demon may use pale green Enhancements.
Joiada makes an RA, pulls BI frrom discard pile puts it in battle and declares that he is ignoring Pale Green. CD is placed into battle. Can CD play a pale green enhancement to interrupt BI and then play other PG enhancements to defeat Joiada?

Burning Incense is not an offering so Joiada cannot get it back.

Laying aside the detail aside about how BI is played, if PG is ignored can CD play a PG interrupt and another PG enhancement to defeat Joiada?

Yes because it interrupts the ignore.

He may have been thinking of Grail Offering, which is an immune to all which is an offering.

That would be correct except CD is Orange but can play PG Enh.
