Title: Ignore Orange

If opponent's hero ignores orange and i block with Seven Sons of Sceva, can I exchange it with an orange EC into battle from the discard pile.

No, if orange is ignored then you cannot add an orange character to battle.

So you wouldnt be able to search for it and have it be "ignored"? Also isnt exchanging different then adding to battle?

Note: If Seven Sons does say add to battle then scratch that first question I dont have a copy of Seven Sons hand.

don't think it matters how orange ec would reach battle there ignored periods

This is what I've been told regarding ignore as well. The Evil character may not be put into battle by any means unless the EC cannot be ignored, or you interrupt/negate the ignore.
