Title: i dont understand sites, what are they for?

ok, i've read through the manual several times and i still cannot understand what to use sites for.... can somebody PLEASE esplane it??

You can put one of the lost souls in your land of bondage into a site.  If the site is red brigade, only red heroes can access that site and try to rescue it.

You can also use an empty site to get access to a lost soul site.  If your only hero is blue, and you have an empty red site, you can use that site for access to a lost soul in a red site.
