Type: Covenant • Brigade: Silver • Ability: 2 / 5 • Class: None • Special Ability: Protect holder's Heroes from having their abilities reduced. Restore all of holder's Heroes to full abilities. • Identifiers: OT, Involves Music • Verse: Psalms 55:22 • Availability: Angel Wars booster packs (Common)

If I play any poison card, would they still technically be poisoned, even if their abilities aren't reduced?

Yes.  When/if I Am Sustainer was deactivated the poison card could begin reducing their ability.
