No enhancements have been played and will playing two bears interrupt immune ability and defeat him

It would, but Hur is not a Prophet.

If was a prophet does the interrupt temporarily remove immunity.shuffle him and then battle reaumes

Correct. So if it were any of the Prophets instead of Hur, then Two Bears could shuffle Red Dragon.
