How many LS can you go for in a multiplayer turn?

A) Is it one battle challenge for a LS regardless of the number of opponents?
B) Is is one battle challenge for a LS per opponent?

Yep, A is correct.  You only make 1 RA/BC per turn unless a card allows you to make an additional BC.

Yeah, you can ONLY rescue one lost soul per turn, with the exception being you can rescue an additional 1 or 2 with Son of God / New Jerusalem
