Healings in Malta Clay good enhancement territory class SA: Heal any number of humans.
Love territory class enhancement part of SA: Heal and convert your character
1. Can you play Healings in Malta or Love card during any opponents turn? (Like the older heal cards?)
Some of the REG says:
- Territory class enhancements can be played during prep , battle or discard phases of your turn only.
- You can play any heal enhancement card even when it is not your turn.
( Reclarify what the REG says if it is incorrect)

You can play them. While they are limited to your turn only if you want to play them as TC enhancements, if you play them as healing cards then that overrides the TC restriction.

If there is a healable target, you can play a card that heals on another player's turn, yes; per the REG, they may be played in any Prep or Discard phase. So, either of these cards can be played that way.
