He is Risen SA: Itb and set aside X EC for X turns. You may add a N.T angel to battle. X= the number of your N.T female heroes in play.

1. If a white hero played he is risen and set aside the last EC in battle (no more Evil characters left blocking) , can you still add a N.T angel to battle and activate it's Special ability before a Lost Soul is given or battle resolution starts?

If I understand the rules of SI correctly, your opponent would have initiative to interrupt or negate prior to the banding ability taking effect. If the opponent cannot negate the set-aside you may then add a NT Angel to battle and complete it's special ability before battle resolution takes place.
