Could I add Fallen Angel to my opponent's side of the battle with He is Risen (http://www.redemptionreg.com/REG/heisrisen.htm)?

Fallen Angel is a demon.  Demons were angels, but aren't anymore.

From the REG Glossary:
Angel
One possible role of a character (see Character’s Role and Gender) is angel. Angels are non-human Heroes often depicted with wings.

Since the REG is down, I'll add:

He is Risen! - "Interrupt the battle and set aside X Evil Characters for X turns. You may add a N.T. angel to battle."

I know there has been talk of this but I have not experienced it.  I've had easy access to the online REG in recent days.

Also, if you converted a human evil character to silver brigade, he still isn't an Angel. Just able to use silver enhancements
