Is the RoJ "Great White Throne" considered to be a "Temple Artifact"?

The identifier says: "Heavenly Temple."

All the "heavenly temple" artifacts are only for the heavenly temple, EXCEPT the Ark of the Covenant. That is an artifact of all temples and the tabernacle.
