Title: Gray Legion vs Orange Legion

Simple question that I've wanted to ask for a while now. Can I have four of each copy per 50 cards, for a total of 8 legions per 50?

REG, Duplicate Cards: "Character cards with the same card title and the same art or with the same title and the same brigade are considered duplicates for deck building purposes."

The Legions have the same title and art, and so grey and orange Legions are duplicates for deck building purposes. Therefore, 4 total per 50, not 4 of each.
