Title: Grapes vs Battle enders
Post by: robm on July 14, 2010, 06:48:40 PM
Here is the question I have

Opponent enter battle,

I block with EC+ Chariots and Horses (Interrupt battle Draw two and play next enhancement)

Then I play a battle ending card (For example: Heavy Taxes or Wonders forgotten)

Question: Opponent has few redeemded souls, Can opponent play Grapes of Wrath to make a new rescue attempt?

From What I understand the answer is no because the battle starts and ends before they can ever play it.  The same being true for Angel of the Lord.

Anyone know for sure?

Correct. Dominants do not interrupt.

Actually, you could play the dominant, but not interrupt the removal of the hero. I may have misunderstood your question.

You could play Grapes, but nothing would happen beings no evil card is in battle.
