Title: grapes of wrath and protected from shuffle questions.

Grapes of Wrath SA Errata:Discard an evil card in battle to shuffle all remaining characters in battle into owners’ decks. If no Heroes remain in battle and the current rescuer doesn’t have the most Redeemed Souls, he may begin a new battle.

Hating the Light part of SA: EC protected from Shuffle

Example Player A & B both have 3 redeemed Souls in their LOR.

Player A's Hero is in battle with Player B's EC (with a lost soul to rescue in Player B's territory). Then Player B plays grapes , discards his own EC and shuffles the one hero.

1. Can player A go for a BC or RA against player B if this happened?

2. (This time Player A has 3 redeemed souls and Player B has 4 redeemed souls)

What if Player A had one hero in battle and Player B has two EC banded to each other with one of the EC having Hating the Light placed on it. Then Player A plays grapes and discards the EC with no placed enhancements on it and shuffles his own Hero.

What would happen with the lone EC that is protected from shuffle? from the placed enhancement?

1. Yes. In a tie, the player may make another rescue attempt after Grapes is played.

2. The battle would end (since no Heroes remain) and the Evil Character would return to territory instead of being shuffled. Player A may make another rescue attempt.
