Title: Goshen Promo?

Is this understanding of the new goshen promo correct?

Heros can get in by:
being added fallowing draw phase
a Gen. of Ex. hero dieing due being decrease to or below */0

Heros can get out by:
taking them out fallowing draw phase

Honest answer is that I believe fortress rules are still being debated atm because of this card.

I'm pretty sure either the new REG will clarify the issue or this card will get an errata soon.

If they errata that, then I'll get the guy in my avatar to convince them to to errata Split Altar to do what it was supposed to as well. ;)
