Title: Goliath promo defense

If Goliath promo kicks a non-giant-slayer hero out of battle, can a new non-GS replace it? In other words - does Goliath's ability work once (as soon as he enters battle), or is it ongoing (continually prevents non-GSs from entering battle)?

Instant. non-GS can enter battle when it kicks out the first non-GS.
