Nope, they're generic according to the REG (http://www.redemptionreg.com/REG/gloss_genericcards.htm).

Also are the two cards different? So can I have 5 of the promo FD and 5 of the Warriors FD in a type 2 deck?

The rule has been that Same Name + Same Brigade = Same Card, so I don't think you can have both.

For Type 2 purposes, I believe you can have five of both, because the art is completely different on the two cards. Frog Demons would fall under whatever exception Elders of Jerusalem fell under for old school Elders decks.
