Rain Becomes Dust: Play as: If an opponent activates a draw special ability, reveal the cards instead. Place all revealed Lost Souls in opponent’s territory and discard the rest.
Four-Drachma Coin: Protect the cards in your hand and deck from discard abilities on opponents' cards. At any time, if Peter is in play, you may discard this card to draw 4.
If you prevent part of an ability, do you prevent the whole ability (ex. draw abilities)? If you're protected from part of an ability, are you protected from the whole ability (ex. discard abilities)?

I'm pretty sure you can stop half of an ability, See Holy of Holies and Tormented Demon.
I'm not so sure that Protecting your hand or deck from discard abilities works vs Rain Becomes Dust, seeing as how it reveals the cards first, then discards them.

I would say that you dont draw (instead ability) but the revealed cards are still part of the deck and are protected from discard.

rbd doesnt say prevent.

srry- instead ability (replacement effect)

Revealed cards are still in the location they are revealed from until they are placed elsewhere. So when RBD tries to discard them, they are still being protected by FDC, which lasts until the end of the phase used, even if it is discarded by its ability.
So when both are active, you still place the revealed LS's in the LoB, and you still reveal the cards that would be drawn. But since the draw was "insteaded" to a reveal, they would return to the top of the draw pile instead of being drawn.

Lame Becomes Dust, IMO.
