Title: Forced draw and deck protection

Would my opponents deck being protected by their storehouse stop them from being forced to draw off of something like areopagus or hellenistic jews that forces each player to draw 1?

Yes if it's your ability that's causing the mandatory draw, since he controls Storehouse.
