Hi there,
question says it all: When I play Faith of Enoch can I put it on any Cloud Hero - even though that Hero does neither have Clay nor Green Brigade?
Faith of Enoch: Place on your cloud Hero: If Hero is discarded by an opponents evil special ability, you may remove this card from the game instead to rescue the Hero as if it were a Lost Soul.
I would say: No - only Cloud class/identifier counts, Brigade doesn't matter.
What's the official ruling?
Thanks for helping out!

Brigade only matters for playing the GE, not where it’s placed.

I always wondered why clay was represented when it doesn’t do anything for a clay hero.

Thanks guys!
@Watchman: Now you know. ;D

Because all the Faith cards got clay and the actual ability of the card references a phenomenon experienced only by a very select few (all of whom are Cloud) and not by anyone clay.

But to play Faith of Enoch you do have to have at least someone of one of the colors in play correct?

I was referring to the Faith of Enoch card specifically regarding clay, not all of the “Faith of” cards. I understand why clay was represented on those cards. What I’m saying is there isn’t an ability on FoE to be played by clay heroes, such as how all of the other Faith of enhs have abilities that can be played on clay. But if someone has a clay hero and a non-green ☁️ hero I guess I can see the benefit of using the clay side of it.

Yes. That’s what Gabe was saying. You have to have a green or clay hero to play the card, then you place it on any one of your ☁️ heroes who may or may not represent green brigade.
