Evil Angel "Discard any Silver Brigade Hero of 6/6 or less in play or a set-aside area."  Does this mean both numbers have to be below 6/6 or can one of the number be below 6 (ex. Angel of His presence (7/5)).

I'm pretty sure both numbers have to be lower.  That way it completes all the criteria.

I agree, since both numbers are stated. The */4 Lost Soul is an example of where one number matters and the other doesn't.
