Is Everlasting Beings considered a healing enhancment?

Example:

Would I be able to use Providing Angel (Holder may take a healing enhancement from draw pile or discard pile and put it in hand) to take Everlasting Beings from the discard pile?

No, it is not a healing card. It is a search card. It makes heroes that would be dead alive again, but it does so after they are already gone.
