Title: Dom initiative

I remember some discussion on this point but don't remember the result. When a player has dominant initiative, do they get to play as many dominants as they want, or does player get a chance to play a dominant?

This is relevant for situations in which player A has both Son of God and Second Coming and player B has Vain Philosophy or the new New Jerusalem.

The player with dominant initiative can play as many as they choose.
