Title: Dom ini after starting a side battle

Hi everybody,

when defending player starts a side battle by playing an EE using 2 heroes to fight each other - following questions:

• Who has Dom ini next?
• Is this Dom ini taking place still within main battle or already within side battle?
• Who will have Dom ini first during side battle?

The player whose turn it currently is always has first dominant initiative.
