Opponent RA with Captain 'O the Host " Negate all non-weapon class special abilities except banding. "

I block with Messenger of Satan "May band to any human Evil Character. "

Band in Pashur the Priest "Stocks cannot be negated.  "

Opponent plays AOL on Pashur  " Discard any Evil character in play. "

I play Stocks " Take any Hero prisoner and place Hero in your Land of Bondage." on Messenger, is it still CBN?

I would assume, since it doesn't say if played on Pashur.  I would think the ability would remain active much like a fbtn characters ability.
