Title: does raiders camp work in type 2?

I assume yes but since there is Rescuers choice in type 2 I want to be sure.

Yes, you choose the ls you want to rescue and instead of giving that to a person can empty the camp.

Has to empty the camp.  It's not an optional ability.

But this does, in essence supercede the rescuers choice rule where that person ONLY has access to that LS and can ONLy rescue that LS.  Raiders camp does become an acceptable substitute for a rescued LS in type 2.
