Yes, the deck is protected from the Angel's CBN ability.  Protect > CBN

To expound: Exchanges to deck/discard inherently include a search (otherwise you wouldn't be able to find what you're exchanging for) so as such Nazareth's protect from search affects exchanges to deck (and protects against them).
