Title: Destructive Sin

Place destructive sin on a hero. Set him aside with two possesed with demons. Does this work, like are their fortresses still negated?

I'm guessing no, but I have no real precedent except my gut.

Placed cards are never active in the set-aside area (apart, obviously, from set-aside enhancements).  For instance, the same question came up a while back about priestly breastplate on a priest being set-aside and the answer in that situation was that it was not active.

What are the building requirements for territory class enhancements?  are they still 1 per 50 just like any other enhancement with a special ability or is there a limit to how many you can put in  your deck?

The description on the TeP packs says nothing about a limit, so unless something else says otherwise, they follow the 1 per 50 rule just like every other enhancement.

What would happen if you captured the hero? I'm assuming the enhancement would just be discarded.
