Hey, I just ran into the following question while working on a new deck.
If I am making a 100+ card T1 deck, I how do the following two rules work together in regards to the same character, printed once with no special ability, and once with an ability? Just for an example, lets say Angel of Warning. (printed in Apostles with no SA, printed in TeXP with an ability)
Maximum of 1 of each per 50 cards in a deck:
• Card that has a special ability (text over the picture).
Maximum of 3 of each in a deck:
• Single-colored Heroes, Evil Characters and enhancements that do not have a special ability.
Can I have two copies of the version with a special ability, and three of the no SA version?

It's a maximum of three copies of Angel of Warning, regardless of SA/noSA. Additionally, the 1 per 50 rule governs the Angel of Warning with an SA. So, you could have 2x the SA version AND 1x the No SA version.

hmm... that's not as fun as being able to have 5x of a character. :D
Though I can still see this going both ways. I'll go with that unless some other people say otherwise.

Thats what type 2 is for, then you could have five of a character in a deck.

I know, but it'd be fun to have like, 4x of a character in a 50 card deck. :D

but 4 Uzzah in a 50 card deck would be OP'd for sure.
