Title: David a priest?

See Psalm 110:4

My Bible reference says this is talking about David.  Would that make him a priest?

That's David quoting God (David's prophesying) about the Messiah, not a reference to or about David.  And as a side-note, David was not a priest as he was of the tribe of Judah.
