Hypothetically, if there are 3 human heroes and one angel in battle and the ec gets inish (he has baalam's disobedience and CM in hand)...
If he plays baalam's disobedience, does he have to CM the angel before or after baal's dis is played?

Baalam's disobedience:
Type: Evil Enh. • Brigade: Grey • Ability: 2 / 3 • Class: None • Special Ability: Evil Character is immune to human Heroes unless an angel is in Battle. This ability cannot be negated. • Identifiers: OT, Depicts a Weapon, False Religious Practice

I think it doesn't matter - Baalam's Disobedience is ongoing, so whether or not the immunity applies can change after it's been played.

Correct.  You rescue with a human.  I block and play BD.  I'm immune.
You band in an angel.  I am not immune.
I CM the angel.  I am immune.
